Available languages

The ARTSCORE dashboard (where you set up your survey and find your results, for example) is only in English, as will be the report for your festival.  

Customer surveys are available today in:  

• German 

• Finnish 

• Dutch  

• Latvian, and 

• English

Many languages, one link

When your visitors click on the survey link you create in ARTSCORE, our system will recognise the default language of the customer browser and serve the survey in that language. If the browser language is not set up in our system (Korean, for example), the survey will automatically load in English.
